Our founder is a registered nurse who discovered that Mahjong offered something she didn't always find in a busy professional life: a chance to slow down, focus on something completely different, and have a little fun. While she loves the social side of Mahjong, solo play became a favorite way to decompress after a long day.
With a lifelong love of creating and designing, that passion quickly grew into an idea: why shouldn't the things we play with be just as beautiful as the spaces we live in?
