At The 2nd Charleston, many of our products are made to order especially for you. This allows us to offer distinctive designs without mass-producing inventory.
Production Time
Because items are created after your order is placed, please allow time for production before shipment.
Production times may vary by product. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Shipping
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.
Our premium Signature Mahjong Mats are made in the USA and shipped directly to you after production.
Some tile sets, accessories, and specialty products may have different production or shipping timelines. Please review the individual product page for any item-specific information.
Multiple-Item Orders
Products may be produced or fulfilled separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
You will receive tracking information as each shipment becomes available.
Made-to-Order Items
Because our products are made to order, please review your selection carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-order items are generally not eligible for returns due to buyer preference or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production has begun, we may not be able to change or redirect an order.
